She's the one supplying me Tokyo Lens.

I didn't intend to post this up at first, but i felt a need to do so to warn you guys out there whether you are taking any supplies/purchasing from her. The reason why i took so long for my TokyoLens#1 to arrive is because of this irresponsible supplier.

Take your time to read, it's rather long ;p

She told me that the lenses will arrive 2-3weeks after sending in of orders - and so i took her words and stated the same on my blogshop. After 3 weeks, there was no news of the lens. I contacted her and asked for the status of the lens and she told me her supplier is very slow need to wait awhile more. So i kept on waiting and waiting and waiting, asking and asking and asking until it took ridiculously long for a month. She keep telling me the same thing everytime i ask her until i can memorise her replies -"the supplier very slow/need ard 1 week more/i am not very sure when supplier will send out" I was rather pissed off. Decided not to wait any longer and requested for a full refund.

I found a more reliable supplier and guess what? This is the supplier that's supplying Jess. Great. Of course i need to find out what exactly happened. So i asked this new supplier of mine. Let's name this new supplier A. Jess told me her supplier is very slow, which was A. But A told me Jess did send in her orders but have yet to give her full payments so A cannot ship those lenses in. A have also been waiting sometime for Jess to make her payments but there was not a single response from Jess. A even sent me a copy of Jess's orders which have not been fully paid. A asked if my orders were in there. Obviously it was because that was exactly what i sent to Jess, she copied and pasted it.

SO ALL THIS WHILE SHE HAVE BEEN LYING TO ME AND HAVEN MADE HER FULL PAYMENTS CAUSING MY ORDERS TO BE DELAYED FOR SO LONG!!!

I went to confront and tested her - to see whether she will come clean with me or continue to give me her bullshits. I text her and demanded for a full refund otherwise i will go to the police - if i don't do this she'll continue to take her time and drag and drag and i have to listen to all her nonsense all over again.

She replied "Yes i will giv back full refund. I don't understand why you're being so hostile about it."

HELLO?! It seriously seems that she doesn't think she's the one in the wrong and went ahead to shoot me before even thinking what she have been doing all these while!

FINE THEN if you insist. I shall start my shooting back.

I told her ive found out who her supplier was and asked why she didnt make full payments. She told me she've gotten alot wrong lens from the supplier which she didn't get to change back to the right ones and have missed the payments for the previous spree. Thus she decided to look for another supplier as she decided not to risk getting wrong lens again - She didn't even bother to inform me about all these and just kept telling me supplier is very slow! Told her she's being very irresponsible ad she replied "Sigh.. Im kinda busying preparing for prelims, thought it would better not to explain so much. Im really sorry."

WOW. So you think you can be excused by saying your busy preparing for prelims??

In the first place you didn't do your job in keeping me updated about the status of lens. Being a supplier this is your job! If i never ask for the status, never ask for refunds i think you will just leave it as it is. Irresponsible anot you tell me??

And she's also been causing me alot of unnecessary troubles. Naturally my lovely shoppers will worry about their lenses as it's been taking more than 3 weeks but still have yet to arrive. I understand their anxiousness and i hate to let people wait so long when ive told them it will take ard 2-3 weeks but now it took more than a month! Yes i am terribly sorry for that.

Well actually there's more than what you read.

Im just giving you guys a rough info of what happened =)

Lenses Spree #1 Status

24 Sept *Updates - Tokyo Spree #1 arriving this friday 26 Sept! It will reach your mailbox by next week =)

11th Sept *Updates - Replacement of OOS orders received and confirmed. Lenses expected to arrive on 23/24 Sept =)

6th Sept *Updates - Orders and payment has been confirmed by supplier. Currently there's 3 out of stock lenses(Have already informed those affected). Supplier will ship in orders once replacement orders are sent. Will state the approx arrival of date once it's being shipped =)

5th Sept *Updates - My deepest apologise for the long wait of Tokyo Spree#1. I had dealed with a rather irresponsible supplier thus it terribly delayed the arrival of orders. I have took actions on this supplier and decided not to wait anymore as its been really ridiculously taking more than 3 weeks as told. Ive found a new reliable supplier and do not worry this time round it will arrive in less than 3 weeks I assure =)

Only Geo Lens have arrive. Tokyo Lens have yet to arrive. Im rushing my supplier as she's really very slow. My apologise for that. Will keep all updated when it arrives. Thanks for your patience loves! =)
